Obituary of Mary Jean Heilakka

Mary Jean (nee Mapes), formerly of Jenkintown, passed away September 24, 2011, age 86. Mary Jean was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Germantown, hospice volunteer and a former volunteer at the Jenkintown Library. The beloved wife of the late Dr. Edwin E. R. Heilakka, she is survived by a loving family comprised of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Saturday, November 19, 2011 1 PM at The Turner Chapel of First United Methodist Church of Germantown, 6001 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa 19144. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the above mentioned church.
