Mary (May ) B. Quenzer ( nee Barr ) , age 84, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2017. May was born in Paisley, Scotland and moved to Philadelphia at age 16. She met the love of her life, Bill Quenzer, and spent the rest of her days raising a family. She was preceded in death by her son, Billy, then her husband, Bill. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty and brother - in - law, Robert Gemmell. May is survived by her sons, Brian (Nanette ), Gary ( Joanne );daughter - in - law, Karen ( Chris ); grandchildren, Sean, Jamie, Jacqueline, Jason, Laura, Julianee, and Gary; her great grandchildren, Shealyn, Will, and Kellen and; her brother, Charles Barr ( Kay ). Also surviving , is her best friend, Barbara Evans. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 am at the Kirk & nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd. Feasterville, PA 19053 (215 - 354 - 0085 ), where a celebration of May's life will begin at 11 am. Inurnment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
