Obituary

Mary Jane F. Vasso, 82, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully surrounded by family on December 16th 2019. Mary Jane was born to William and Mary (Booth) Flynn, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on October 14, 1937. She grew up in the East Falls section of Philadelphia and was one of eleven children.
Mary Jane wed her high school sweetheart, Albert P. Vasso, on February 7th 1959. The pair bought their first home in the greater far northeast section of Philadelphia, where they raised their 5 children. Mary Jane was a career woman and retired from the IRS as a supervisor. She spent her summers at the campground in Cape May, NJ, where she often brought her grandchildren. She was well loved by all who knew her.
Mary Jane is survived by her loving husband of nearly 61 years, Albert P. Vasso, and her children, Albert T. Vasso (Joyce), Christopher F. Vasso (Lori), Margie, MJ Vasso, and Anna Doran (Bob). She will be greatly missed by her 14 grandchildren and her 6 great grandchildren, who called her GG.
