Nancy Barbara Bluett (nee Schreiner), age 89, passed peacefully away in her Levittown home surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her sons, Brian (Maggie), and Allen, daughter Kim, her grandchildren Andrew, Kiersten, Rebecca, Ryan, Ben, Eleanor, Lucy and great grandchildren Elliot and Scarlett.  Nancy is predeceased by her husband Allen Sr., her parents Peter and Margaret Schreiner (nee Krause), her siblings Gertrude, Peter, Margaret, Ted, Mae, Eleanor, Thelma (Walter), and Lilian (Otto).

Nancy was raised and grew up in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia.  After graduating from Mastbaum Technical High School in 53', Nancy began working for Houseman Finance in the PSFS building for 18 years. After meeting  Allen Bluett, the couple married and eventually settled in Levittown, PA.  While raising a family Nancy worked for the Purple Heart Foundation that aids veterans and their families in need and part time for the family business, Otto Schmidt's Florist.  Upon retirement Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family especially her kids and grandkids.  Nancy was a voracious reader who also enjoyed watching classic game shows and taking occasional trips to the casino to play the slots.  Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be sorely missed.

Friends and family are invited to gather Monday, January 6th from 10:00 to 11:00 at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley PA  19006, before escorting Nancy to her final resting place at Sunset Memorial Park.
