Dr. P Lawrence Seifer (Larry) died on February 20, 2021 at his home in Philadelphia one day shy of his 91st Birthday. Born in Society Hill to Sam and Hannah Seifer in 1930, Larry was lifelong resident of Philadelphia, He graduated from West Philadelphia High School. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and after his honorable discharge entered Temple University School of Pharmacy. After graduating, he practiced as a Pharmacist for many years and decided on a career change into Psychology. He received his masters degree from St. John's University in Queens, NY and his doctorate degree from Temple University. He was a Psychologist at Ancora Hospital in Hammonton, NJ. After retiring from Ancora, Larry continued to act as a consultant for the State of New Jersey until June 2019. Away from Philadelphia, Larry spent summers on Brigantine Island, NJ for over 34 years. He enjoyed theater, arts, and traveling, but Brigantine held a special place in his heart. Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Patricia and his loving son, Andrew.
