Patricia I. Swartz of Philadelphia (formerly of S. Wales) passed away on December 10, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Nickolas D. Swartz . Beloved mother of Brian (Deborah) and Glen Raymond Swartz. Friends may gather after 9:30 AM on January 15, 2010 at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 (215) 354-0085 for her Memorial Service at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or to Donor's Choice.
