Patrick J. Donaghy, age 78 of Huntingdon Valley, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, March 21, 2025.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA to the late Francis James and Catherine Elizabeth Donaghy. Patrick was a hardworking man, having been a glass installer for his own business, which was called Verbits. He was well known at Septa transportation up until his retirement. Patrick met the love of his life at an airport. Patrick and Grace got married on September 3, 2013, and began their life together.

Patrick was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.

Patrick was an avid car collector; he loved working on classic cars and going to car shows. He loved watching old western movies, being a fan of Clint Eastwood and John Wayne. Above all else, Patrick loved to spend time with his family.

Son of the late Francis James and Catherine Elizabeth Donaghy; Father of the late Catherine (nee: Donaghy) Byrd; Brother of the late James Donaghy. Patrick is survived by his devoted wife, Grace Donaghy; beloved daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Sorey; Grace's children, Matthew, and William Reynolds; cherished grandchildren, Stephanie Engelke, Patricia (Sean) Hodges, Aubrianna Crank, Robert (Stephanie) Sorey, William Sorey, Emily Sorey (Parker Shimp), J.R. Reynolds, Luke Reynolds, Sam Reynolds, Katie Reynolds, and Alex Reynolds; Precious great grandchildren, Tatum, and Aria Sorey; a faithful companion, Molly the golden retriever; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins to share fond memories.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 11 AM until noon at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel on Monday, March 31, 2025.

A service will be held at noon following the visitation.

Patrick will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
