Obituary of Patrick Roche

Roche, Patrick Michael, age 27, of Inverness, Florida passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2008 in his home after a long battle with kidney cancer.

Born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, he is a son of Robert T. and Andrea Y. (Sejda) Roche. He moved to Inverness 4 years ago from Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.

Patrick was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Orlando with a Bachelors Degree and a graduate of the Central Florida Community College, Ocala, Florida with an Associates Degree. He was a Personal Trainer at the Central Florida YMCA, Oviedo and was an intern with the Washington Nationals Baseball Team specializing in Strength and Conditioning. He is an Eagle Scout and member of the former Boy Scout Troop 776, Tamaqua. He was a member of Tamaqua Area High School class of 1999. He was a volunteer for Special Olympics and a former coach for the Marion County Youth Football League. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed working with children.

Along with his parents, Bob and Andrea Roche, he is survived by a brother, Robert T. Roche, III and his wife, Melissa and nephew of Chaska, MN and a sister, Noel Marie Roche of Norfolk, VA.
