Robert ( Bob ) R. King, age 88, of Ivyland (formerly of the Kensington section of Philadelphia ) passed away on August 8, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Joanna M. King ( nee Bassetti ), loving father of Robert ( Bob ) R. King, Jr., ( Christine ), Mark R. King ( Barbara ) and Craig S. King; devoted Pop - pop of Robbie, Brooke and Rylee; cherished Great Pop - pop of Luke and Max . Bob is also survived by his sister, Carol Crunkleton. He loved gardening, playing the saxophone, ballroom dancing and singing with the " Centennial Singers ". Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, August 14, 2017, 10 am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, PA 19053, where Bob's life will be celebrated at 11 am.
