Obituary of Robert Bromley
Robert H. Bromley of Trevose passed away August 14, 2010 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 84. Bob was the founder of Bromley Mortorcycle Sales in Trevose which he operated for 51 years. A WWII US Army Veteran he was a member of the Newtown Lodge #427 F&AM, the Lower Southampton Fire Company, the Feasterville Business Association, the Crescent Temple Shriners and the founder of the Road Winders Motorcycle Club among the numerous other organizations that he was active in. The beloved husband of Jean (nee Niece) he is also survived by his children Sandra Slavin (Daniel), Lori Salley (Bob), Steven Bromley (Patricia), Joseph Bromley (Bernadette) and William Bromley (Pamela), 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sisters: Bernice Schaeffer, Jane Anne Wasalick, Betty Lou Bromley, Ruthann Spicer and Linda Saunders. Bob was preceded in death by his older sister, Grace Stewart (John). Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday August 17, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at the Kirk & Nice Suburan Chapel 333 County Line Road Feasterville and again on Wednesday August 18 from 10 AM with funeral services to begin at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 3351 N. Broad Street, Philadelphis, PA 19140.
