Robert E. Flinchbaugh, age 83, a lifelong resident of Ivyland, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, in Southampton.

Robert was the beloved husband of Julia (nee Hill) for over 60 years, and is survived by his son Robert (Bonnie) and his daughter Susan (Scott) Williams, and his four grandchildren, Nathan and Andrew Flinchbaugh, and Christopher and Elizabeth Lawson.  He will be missed by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Robert and Jane (nee Deakyne) Flinchbaugh, and his sister, Judith Flinchbaugh.

Robert was born on February 19, 1941 in York, Pennsylvania to the late Robert and Jane Flinchbaugh.  He graduated from McCaskey High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Rider College.  Robert built his career in the vending machine business and upon his retirement focused his time on outdoor pursuits of hunting and fishing.  Robert was also a bus driver and a known yard sale shopper.  However, his greatest passion was spending time with his grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 10:00 - 10:30 am on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line, Huntingdon Valley, PA  19006.  A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am before we escort Robert to his final resting place at Sunset Memorial Park.
