Obituary of Robert Hennigan,

Robert J. Hennigan, Sr., passed away on July 16, 2012 at age 83. Bob was a resident of Huntingdon Valley and was formerly of Scranton, PA. He was the beloved husband of Mary (nee Connor), loving father of Robert J. Hennigan, Jr., Mary Beth Bateman (David), Shawn P. Hennigan (JoAnn) and Patricia A. Stahmer (Brian) and the devoted grandfather of 12. Bob is also survived by his sisters, Dorothy Walsh and Ann Mancuso (Joseph) and his brothers, Gerald Hennigan (Jeanne) and James Hennigan (Jean). Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, July 19, 2012, from 7 to 9 PM at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 20, 2012, at 11 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 611 Knowles Avenue (at Second St. Pike), Southampton, PA 18966. Interment to follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 225 City Avenue, Suite 104, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 (JDRF).
