Robert Charles Lodato, age 78, of Warminster, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. He was the loving husband of Barbara (Miller) Lodato with whom he shared 55 years of marriage.
Born on March 5, 1946 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Angelo and Aida (Zodiaco) Lodato.
Robert served in the United States Army for 2 years and 7 yrs in the Army Reserves. After his service, Robert became a Sheetmetal worker and a proud member of the Sheetmetal Workers Union Local 19.
Upon his retirement, Robert and Barbara moved to their dream home in Potter County where they lived for 19 years. He enjoyed his favorite pastimes of hunting and fishing. The last 2 years were spent living in Warminster to spend time with his family and friends. As all his friends know, Robert was the life of the party with all his jokes and laughter.
Robert loved the Lord with all his heart and will be sorely missed by many.
In addition to his wife Barbara, he is survived by his 2 sons: Robert A. Lodato, husband of Samantha, and David C. Lodato, husband of Donna. His grandchildren: Angelo R., and Raechel A. Lodato, and his step grandchild: Joseph Magliari. Sister: Maryann Jacobs and her husband Jerome, and his many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service and interment will be held privately.
