Obituary of Rose DiMarco

Mrs. Rose M. DiMarco of Feasterville and Ocean City, NJ passed away October 14th surrounded by her loving family at Abington Hospice in Warminster. Born June 2nd, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Robert and Rose Benedetto. Rose loved spending her summers in Ocean City and was known for her love of entertaining her family and friends. She was an excellent Italian cook and could also be caught dancing form time to time which she very much enjoyed. She was a member of St. Christopher's Church, the Sons of Italy and also enjoyed volunteering her time with many charities including St. Joseph's Manor. She was loved by all will be missed by many. She is surived by her beloved husband Anthony J., her son Anthony R. "Skip", her daughter Rose Carbonoara (Michael), her grandchildren Anthony Christian (Brooke), Brooke DiMarco, Michael Anthony and Nicholas Russell, her great-grandchildren Anthony Christian and Emilia, as well as her brother Mario Benedetto (Mary), her sister Eleanor Tomasulo, and her brother Vincent Benedetto. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wendesday from 6-9 PM in the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Road Feasterville and again Thursday Morning 9:30-10:30 in St. Christopher's Church 13301 Proctor St. Philadelphia where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to Abington Hospice at Warminster at 225 Newtown Rd.
