Obituary of Sarah Schneider

Sarah T. Schneider, passed away December 18, 2014 at her daughter's home in North Wales, where she has resided for the past 8 years. She was 86. An avid Phillies fan, Sarah was a 1945 graduate of Frankford HS who worked at various jobs after graduation until her marriage, her last position being with the Trust department of Girard Bank. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1968 and a member of Somerton UM Church since 1970. The beloved wife of the late Walter W. Schneider, she was the loving mother of David J. Schneider (Lisa A.) and Beth S. Cunningham (Mallen), devoted grandmother of Jonathan and Chad. She is also survived by a brother Charles Turnock, stepsons Walter W., Eric R and their families. She was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Susan Exley. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday December 23 from 10am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Rd. Feasterville (215-354-0085) where funeral services will be held at 11am. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Doylestown Hospital Heart Institute 595 W. State St. Doylestown, PA 18901.
