Sean Francis Smith passed suddenly on December 4, 2016. He was 27. He is survived by his parents Lawrence and Helen (nee Farrell) Smith, siblings Meghan Smith (Ramon), Lawrence Smith, Jr.(Crystal), Nicholas Smith, Tammy Smith and Gregory Smith. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins. He will be truly missed.
