Obituary of Shirley Jensen

Shirley V. Jensen ( nee Hughes ) , age 92, of Warminster , passed away on January 17, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred P. Jensen; loving mother of Sharon Baker ( Bob), Susan Jensen ( Joe Stawicki), Alan Jensen and Keith Jensen; devoted mom - mom of 11, great mom - mom of 18 and great great mom - mom of 6. In addition to her late husband , Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian Hughes, and sisters, Lorraine Christopher, Doris Zebley and Diane faunce. Shirley loved animals, especially her dogs, Jazz, Perri and Kelli. She also loved poetry.Relatives and friends may gather on Friday, January 23, 2015 , after 10:30 am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, Pa., 19053 , where a memorial celebration of her life will begin at 11 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Shore Animal League ( www.animalleague.org ).
