Obituary

Shirley M. Leininger, of Philadelphia, passed away February 16, 2023, age 87 years. She is survived by her nephew, Brian Rhodes and great-nephews, Frank and Dale. She is predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Emma Rhodes, husband David A. Leininger and two sons, David and Mark as well as her brother, Elmer.
Shirley was a graduate of Wharton School of Business and was a Vice President of Girard/Mellon Bank for many years.  She loved traveling with her family and spent summers down at Cape May, NJ.  She will be lovingly missed by her family and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Viewing on Thursday February 23, 2023, 10:00-11:00am at St Stephen's Lutheran Church, 65 E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA, 19053. A Funeral Service will be offered at 11:00am. Interment to immediately follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Huntingdon Valley, PA. Please leave your remembrances of Shirley below. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Shirley's name to St Stephen's Lutheran Church.
