Suzanne M. Homel

65, passed away on March 7, 2019.  Resident of Huntingdon Valley, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Stephen P. Homel and her devoted son, Anthony S.  She is also survived by her sisters Cynthia (Anthony) Zalesky, Joan (late John) Fischer, Andrea Gluch and her sister in law Donna Huff as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Hank and Joan Gluch as well as her nephew Maxwell G. Zalesky.

Suzanne spent her entire career in the legal profession, beginning at Dechert Price and Rhoades then moving on to Pepper, Hamilton and Sheetz.  For over 30 years, she held many roles at Fox Rothschild-almost too many to mention.  As Senior Director of the Administrative Services Department, she was instrumental in the expansion of the Fox Rothschild brand.  Suzanne was a valued member of the Association of Legal Administrators and held multiple leadership positions at both the local and national level.  She was actively involved in mentoring new members and with a thirst for knowledge often attended the ALA conferences.

For nearly the last two decades, Suzanne was a devoted member of the Little Flower High School Alumnae Association.  Serving on the Board for the majority of those years.  She lived by Little Flower's motto "forever we'll be true!" in her devotion to the students and faculty.

Visitation will be held at Holy Innocents Church on Thursday, March 14 ^th , 1337 E. Hunting Park Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19124 beginning at 9 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM.  Parking is available in the school lot.

Following the funeral mass, all are invited to the Philadelphia FOP Lodge 5, 11630 Caroline Road, Philadelphia, PA.  The family asks that all planning to attend the reception to please complete this RSVP FORM (click on FORM) by no later than March 13 ^th , 7:00pm.
