Tamara Ely Hueber of Feasterville, PA passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, surrounded by her husband and brother. She was 61 years young.
Tammy will be sadly missed by her family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. She was a loving wife to her husband of 38 years, Mark Hueber and devoted daughter to her father Frank Everett Ely and devoted sister to her brother Frank Ely, aunt, cousin, and dog mother to Boomer. She is predeceased by her mother Caroline Snyder Ely, sister Karen Ely Hughes and nieces Caroline, Stephanie, and Kimberly and brother Michael Ely.
Tammy grew up in Feasterville and attended Neshaminy High School. She first worked at Prudential and for 34 years at NCB Management Services as the Director of Training and Development and a member of the management team. She loved her job, coworkers and always had a smile and was a positive person to all.
Tammy was a beautiful person inside and out. She was the most loving, kind, caring, fashionable, giving and funny person. She loved to shop on QVC and was nicknamed TammAzon. She loved to travel and loved doing everything with her husband. Her laugh (cackle) was infectious, as she loved to play practical jokes on anyone she knew. Oh, how we would all love to hear her laugh again!
She was the life of the party and would light up a room with her presence. She was loved by all who knew her. She loved her Phillies, and her favorite player was Nick Castellanos. She made it to the Phillies Divisional series game on October 11, 2023, and saw Nick Castellanos hit 2 homeruns and the Phillies win 10-2 versus the Braves.
She loved her sweets and made sure that every party had all types of candies, Fritz's sticky buns and cookies, and Hornberger's donuts. She could never arrive at any event empty handed. She loved to make everyone happy, which was proven by her continuous generosity that would usually show up at your front door. The joy she exhibited was contagious.
Despite her disease over the past two-and-a-half years she always remained so strong, positive, funny, caring for others, and most of all happy. She truly was Strong Like Bull!!! She continued to work throughout this time, and stayed dedicated to her employer, coworkers, and friends until the end. She fought with dignity and had the most kind and peaceful soul.
Tammy will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but she left us with many good memories to have forever and we must be happy to know she is at Peace.
A celebration of her Life will be held in the near future. Details will be provided, once available.
