Therese Piegl, age 95 of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Born in Yugoslavia to the late Gabriel and Julianna Kolmar. Therese was married to the late Joseph Piegl in Austria in 1956. Their daughter Patricia was born, and then the three of them immigrated to the United States on December 7, 1956.

Therese was a wonderful wife, mother, aunt, and friend.

Therese was an avid gardener, great cook, and always had a special spot for her feline companions. She was also a hardworking, strong woman.

Therese is also predeceased by her brother, the late Martin (Margarette) Kolmar; as well as many special friends with whom she will be reunited. Therese is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia Piegl.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
