Obituary of Thomas Mcnutt

McNutt, Thomas V. on March 21, 2008. Age 89. Born in Chestnut Hill, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas T. and Mary (nee Vincent) McNutt. He lived in Chestnut Hill until the age of 9. At that the time the family moved to Whitpain Farm where his father was the chauffer for the Seabrease family. A U.S. Army veteran, he proudly served during World War II in the Aleutian Islands, AK. A retired machinist, he worked for Proctor & Schwartz for over 30 years. Mr. McNutt loved sports. He played ice hockey, baseball, basketball, golf and bowling. He was active in the Mens Group at Chestnut Hill Presbyterian Church. Devoted father of Jane Buffett, Barbara McNutt, Paul McNutt & Carolyn McNutt. Also survived by his brother, William McNutt, cousin, Edith McNutt, and his former wife, Dorothy McNutt.
