Virginia M. (Ginny) Williams, age 86, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in Doylestown, PA.

Born in Philadelphia on June 27, 1939, Ginny graduated from Mastbaum Vocational Technical High School in 1952. She worked at Boston Market and cherished spending time with her family, relaxing at Money Island, NJ with friends, and fishing.

Ginny was the loving mother of Edward Orth (Kathleen), the late Susan Madden-Brown (Brian) and Barbra Primavera (Michael); cherished sister Carolyn Zarembo-Jakubczak; devoted grandmother to Michael Primavera (Valentina), Vincenzo Primavera (Victoria), Nina Tanner (Marty), John Madden (Jacqueline), and Kaitlyn Madden (Jay Mueller); and proud great-grandchildren to Vivienne, Trea, Luciana, Jamie, Delaney, Jada, Joslyn, and John. She is also remembered by her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick Graber and Mary Graber (Esenwein) as well as her daughter Susan Madden-Brown and her beloved partner of 30 years, George Bagnell.

Ginny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home 333 West County Line Road, Huntington Valley, PA. Internment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
