Obituary of Walter Wilson
WALTER A. WILSON, Jr. died on April 5, 2008 at Montgomery Hospital at the age of 90 after a brief illness.
He was the husband of the late Barbara Price Wilson and is survived by his wife Virginia G. Wilson. He is also survived by his daughter Diane Gilbert and her husband William Gilbert, his granddaughters Melissa Forbes and her husband Michael Forbes and Amy Kelble and her husband Christopher Kelble. He had two great granddaughters, Sophie Noelle Forbes and Calla Naomi Kelble.
Mr. Wilson was a veteran of World War II. He was a life long member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fairview Village.
He was a graduate of Norristown High School and the University of Pennsylvania. He was employed by Alan Wood Steel Corporation and Montgomery Hospital as a public relations consultant.
He will be fondly remembered as Dipper to his long time friends.
