William "Billy" Devlin, age 67 of Bensalem, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 in Philadelphia.

Born on July 18, 1956 in Philadelphia, Billy was the son of the late William J. and Nancy M. (Turner) Devlin.

He was a graduate of Jules E. Mastbaum Vocational School where he mastered carpentry.

Billy was a former truck driver for Case Paper Company, and was a proud member of Teamsters Local 107.

He enjoyed collecting coins, was a fan of mini GM vehicles (he owned 3 in his lifetime), going to breakfast or lunch with family, and friends on a daily basis, and watching black and white old time movies.

He is survived by his 3 sisters: Nancy (Devlin) Fiedler and her husband Donald, Brenda (Devlin) LaRose and her husband Patrick, and Lori (Devlin) Schreiner and her husband Dave and the late Cindy (Devlin) White, wife of Walter. He was the uncle to; Walter White, Amanda Ferrero, David Schreiner, Jamie White, Brandon White, Timothy Ryan, Mike Schreiner, Amber Schreiner, and Patrick La Rose.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday evening, October 17, 2023 from 6:00 PM followed by his funeral service at 8:00 PM with Pastor David Carey officiating at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line Rd., Huntingdon Valley. Interment will be private.
