William F. Elwood ( Woody ), age 71 , of Chalfont, PA and formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on December 18, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Lucille ( nee Berardi ) for 46 years. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Elwood ( Carol ) and his brother - in - law and sister- in - law, Bryan and Doris Forrest. Bill was preceded in death by is brother , Frank Elwood. Bill retired form Verizon in 2001. He was and avid Flyers fan and a NASCAR fan as well. Bill enjoyed cruising, and was an avid reader. He also collected trains, NASCAR and various sports memorabilia.
