Wilma K. Taggart ( nee Rodger ), age 70, of Catawissa, PA ( formerly of Philadelphia), passed away on September 3, 2016. Wilma was the beloved wife of the late Robert Taggart, loving mother of Janet Fuller, Jennifer Oakley ( Robert ) and Robert Taggart ( Diana ), devoted grandma of David, Jackie, Brian, Chloe, Kolby, Owen Kaydence, Bubba, and Avery. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 9, 2016, 10 am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, PA 19053, where Wilma's celebration of life will begin at 11 am. Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
